Returns & Exchanges

At Top Fitness Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making your return process as seamless as your workout.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
